Website rules
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to uerp.ai and the use of its content and forms. They are not the contractual terms for a future UERP.AI service.
1. Purpose of the website
UERP.AI presents an AI-assisted business application creation solution, its proposed features and the options for requesting early access, a demonstration or further information.
Available features, technical and commercial conditions and availability may change.
2. Acceptance
Accessing and using the website means that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the website. Mandatory statutory provisions remain applicable.
3. Access
The website is currently freely accessible, subject to interruptions required for maintenance, security or service development. Certain areas or future features may require an account, invitation or acceptance of specific terms.
4. Informational nature
Information, mock-ups, application examples, feature descriptions and other content are provided for general information. They do not constitute a binding contractual offer or legal, financial or technical advice tailored to a particular situation.
A commercial relationship or access to the platform takes effect only after express agreement on the applicable terms.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not:
- disrupt, abusively test or circumvent security mechanisms;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems without permission;
- introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests or misuse forms;
- use website content in a way that infringes the rights of SIKIWIS or third parties;
- submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
6. Forms and submitted information
You agree to provide accurate information and to hold the necessary rights to any material you submit. Do not send sensitive personal data, trade secrets or confidential information that is unnecessary for your request through general-purpose forms.
Submitting a form does not guarantee early access or acceptance of a project. SIKIWIS may organise responses and priorities according to its capacity.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content are protected. You may view them for your internal professional needs. Any reproduction, extraction, distribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation beyond statutory exceptions requires SIKIWIS’s prior written permission.
8. Availability and liability
SIKIWIS uses reasonable measures to support website availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, SIKIWIS is not liable for indirect loss, loss of business or loss of data resulting from use of the website.
9. Third-party links and services
External links are provided for convenience. Third-party services remain responsible for their own content, terms and data processing.
10. Personal data
Personal-data processing and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
SIKIWIS may amend these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The online version applies from its stated update date.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. For any issue, contact SIKIWIS at contact@sikiwis.com. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the French version shall prevail, subject to mandatory applicable law.
